Stay reservation : All stays have to be reserved through our reservation form. Once we have confirmed your reservation with a reservation number we will have to receive a deposit or full payment, depending at which date you make your reservation and at which date you want to stay at hotel. The deposit or full payment has to be carried out within 7 days upon confirmation of reservation for maintaining your reservation. If settlement is not received on due time, we will cancel your reservation without prior notice. At the latest 3 weeks before your scheduled arrival date, we will have to receive the balance. If balance does not arrive on due time, penalties will apply. We will ask full payment for reservations carried out less than 6 weeks before arrival date. Payment has to be made by swift wire tranfer. Upon receipt of your reservation, our staff will call you : they will ask your name together with your reservation number to give you our banking details. If you are not called within 2 days after you have received our confirmation, kindly do not hesitate to make contact with us. All reservations are on-request basis and subject to space availability.

Prices : Prices are in USD and may change at any time without prior notice.

Travel insurance : Rates do not include any insurance. We highly recommend you check your current insurance contract and take additional insurance should necessity arises for instance regarding trip cancellation, etc.

Eligibility : You must be 18 years old (except for minors accompanied by a parent or designated responsible adult) and in acceptable health to join one of our stays. Acceptance of your reservation is subject to our review of your application. We retain the right to request medical clearance or any other information or to refuse any applicant for any stay at any time for any reason whatsoever, at our sole discretion.

Visa/passport : Visitors to Malaysia must hold a valid passport or travel document with a minimum validity of six months beyond the intended visiting period. Most nationalities do not require visas for social or business visits like citizens of USA and Canada for instance.

Air Fare: Is not part of our stays arrangements. We will not assume any responsibility regarding air fare.

Cancellation policy : During non designated peak periods, we will require a minimum cancellation notice period of 10 days prior to arrival. During designated peak periods i.e. from July 15 to August 20, and from December 22 to January 4, the minimum required cancellation notice period will be 6 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation received less than the required notice period will be subject to one night cancellation charge.

Rights & Responsibilities : Payment of a deposit represents your acceptance of the following terms and conditions: TradeUniverse LLC gives notice that all services and arrangements for transportation, accommodations, and all other services and arrangements related to the stays have been made by TradeUniverse LLC only as an agent for the various providers of stay and travel services, upon the express condition that TradeUniverse LLC is not liable and does not assume responsibility for any claims, damages, expenses or other financial loss whether to person or property arising out of any injury, accident, death, cancellation, delay, alteration, or inconvenience resulting from any act of any hotel, carrier, restaurant, or other company or person rendering any of the services included in the stay or caused by weather, sickness, strikes, quarantines, crime, terrorism, acts of war, or the willful or negligent acts of any other stay members, or any other cause whatsoever. We reserve the right to alter stay arrangements or dates, if it becomes necessary or advisable, and each participant agrees to pay additional expenses required by such alteration, if any.

Data protection : Names, addresses, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses are classified as personal data and are thus subject to the laws pertaining to data protection and data security. For this reason, the following is an explanation of the data collected by us during your visit to our website and how it is processed further.
If prompted to reveal personal data on our website, the user is only required to provide this data on a voluntary basis. This data is used by Royal Travels, for example, for answering user queries, for product registration purposes or for granting users access to special information. Personal data is neither sold to third parties nor marketed elsewhere.
For statistical evaluations, when you access the Royal Travels website, non-personal data is collected.
